Durham Library Foundation to Host “All Booked Up,” an After-Hours Party

Durham, NC — On Saturday, April 29, 2023, the Durham Library Foundation will host All Booked Up, an after-hours party celebrating the library. Occurring alongside Durham County Library’s Third Annual Library Fest: The Storytelling Edition, All Booked Up will take place at Main Library from 7-10 p.m. The event will feature fantastic food and drink, a DJ, behind the scenes access, library tours, live demonstrations, and more. The Multi-Sensory Environment will be open and demonstrating the features of the space. The Innovation lab will be open with live demonstrations of 3D printers, button making, and more!

“The pandemic thwarted our plans to celebrate Durham’s magnificent new Main Library,” said Annie Craver, Durham Library Foundation President. “Here’s your chance to tour and toast with other Bull City Library lovers!”

Guests must be aged 21 and above to attend this Library Foundation event. Festive attire is encouraged, and tickets are $75 each, inclusive of hors d’oeuvres and two drink vouchers. Tickets for this event can be purchased online through Eventbrite.

This program is sponsored by Durham Library Foundation, American Party Rentals, Gocciolina, Parker and Otis, Piedmont Wine Imports, Ponysaurus Brewing Co, Toast, and Yvonne Fischer.
