Alexandra

Part-time Business Services Assistant who loves to create content, scroll on social media, and host events, all while listening to some great music. Alex's knowledge when it comes to having an idea and turning it into a business and then managing that idea's social media presence to help the brand to grow even more and to reach new people is what makes her stand out. She loves being helpful and being of assistance to make sure your questions are answered and giving you the right guidance to flourish in your personal and business goals!

Jana

Jana is the Senior Library Assistant for the Small Business Center. She began her career in public policy (mostly economic development and workforce development) then became a small business owner. She thinks the best part of her job is the creativity to create programs, the opportunity to hear what people are doing (for work and for fun), making connections, and learning new things. She’d like to keep Durham Durham-y and support its residents as they chase (and achieve!) their goals.
